# Trust & Privacy | Rings AI

Rings AI is by monday.com.

Understand your assistant’s access, your organization’s controls, and how you choose to share evidence of your impact.

## Access: Choose What to Connect

Connect the accounts your assistant needs. Provider scopes and account permissions define its access; connecting an app does not authorize every account or action.

[Explore connected apps](https://staging.getrings.ai/integrations/)

## Your impact summary: You Choose What to Share

Review your achievements with supporting evidence and choose what to share with your manager. Operational audit logs follow separate organizational permissions. They do not automatically share your impact summary or rate your performance.

## Memory: Review Your Saved Memory

Saved memory and conversation history are different. Your Rings AI agent can use saved facts about people, projects, and preferences in later work. Review, correct, or remove saved memories as things change. Removing a saved memory does not delete the independent conversation history.

## Files: Your Assistant’s Workspace

Your assistant has its own workspace for sources and deliverables. Share the files it needs and review its output. Runtime isolation and configured permissions define the working environment.

[Read about isolation](https://staging.getrings.ai/security/#isolation)

## Credentials: Keep Credentials out of Chat

Use provider authorization or the platform’s credential controls instead of pasting passwords and API keys into messages. Managed connections and custom credential slots use scoped access; how a credential is consumed depends on the integration.

[How credentials are handled](https://staging.getrings.ai/security/#credentials)

## Actions: Choose What Needs Approval

Configure which actions need your approval. When approval is required, the agent pauses for your decision. Not every action asks first by default: your approval policy and connected account permissions matter.

[Explore approval controls](https://staging.getrings.ai/security/#approvals)

## Background work: Set Ongoing Responsibilities

Give your assistant a longer task or activate a recurring routine. A goal alone does not schedule background work. Choose the work, permissions, and schedule.

[How routines work](https://staging.getrings.ai/agent-harness/#routines)

## Processing: Know Where Work Is Processed

Rings AI uses Microsoft Azure as its cloud foundation and NVIDIA OpenShell for the hosted runtime boundary. Your selected model and connected services also take part in the work. Ask us about data-handling requirements for your specific setup before sharing sensitive material.

## Privacy requests: Ask Us About Your Data.

For questions about retention, deletion, model-provider data use, or an organization’s requirements, contact the team. We’ll help clarify the applicable setup and terms. This page does not promise a universal retention period or model-training policy.

## Website choices: Your Website Privacy Choices

Use Privacy choices or Cookie Settings on this website to review your analytics and advertising preferences. The privacy policy explains the applicable handling of personal information.

[Read the privacy policy](https://monday.com/l/privacy/privacy-policy/)

## Assurance: Building toward Enterprise Assurance

SOC 2 and ISO 27001 work is in progress and marked Coming Soon. Rings AI does not yet claim completed certification or an issued SOC 2 report. Enterprise identity, data residency, retention and deletion controls, model-training commitments, and service levels are planned; confirm availability and terms with us before rollout. Runtime controls do not make an agent immune to every security risk.
